Summer 1985
- Master of Science in Maritime Management (MSMM) classes begin at MMA.
Spring 1987
- The first MSMM class graduates.
Fall 1993
- Faculty Ad Hoc Committee recommends establishing an undergraduate business degree program in transportation and logistics management.
Summer 1997
- Loeb-Sullivan School (consisting of the Department of Graduate Studies and the IBL Undergraduate Department) established with privately raised funds.
- Prof. Shashi Kumar receives Maine International Innovator Award from Maine International Trade Center.
Fall 1997
- First IBL class recruited.
Summer 1998
- First IBL co-op student hired (Employer: Hannaford Brothers).
Fall 1998
- IBL students begin MMA SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise organization).
Spring 1999
- MMA SIFE concludes the first year with regional championship and regional and international rookie of the year award.
- First students (Linette Buzza and Joseph Valliere) graduate from the IBL program.
Spring 2000
- MMA SIFE repeats regional championship.
Spring 2001
- Loeb-Sullivan School becomes ASTL-approved logistics program.
- MMA SIFE three-peats regional championship.
- First IBL class graduates.
Spring 2002
- First IBL Class Valedictorian (Theresa Markarian).
Spring 2003
- Restructuring of the Loeb-Sullivan School graduate offerings.
- Adopted revised vision and mission statements.
Fall 2003
- Loeb-Sullivan School web-site launched.
Spring 2004
- Inaugural Issue of Loeb-Sullivan Link, a digital alumni newsletter, released.
Fall 2004
- Loeb-Sullivan School becomes a candidate for IACBE accreditation.
- Dr. David Vellenga appointed as MMA's first ever Distinguished Visiting Professor (of Global Supply Chain Management).
- Loeb-Sullivan School hosts Maine's 1st ever Maine-China Networking Conference.
Spring 2005
- MMA SIFE regains North East regional championship.
- Hosted Maine-India Networking Conference.
Fall 2005
- IACBE Self-Study Year Begins.
- Second Maine-China Networking Conference hosted.

- MMA SIFE's 5th regional championship.
