The Loeb-Sullivan School is one among the select few universities whose graduate and undergraduate business logistics degree recipients are given a blanket exemption from the examination requirements of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (ASTL). This entitles our graduates to receive the ASTL professional certification--Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL)--upon application.
Maine Maritime Academy is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. The college is a member of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, the Downeast College Consortium. The Academy is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students. MMA is a founding member of the International Association of Maritime Universities.
